Happy Finals Week, Gophers! Need a break from studying? Head to Blarney's on Wednesday for Ladies Night and you'll be sure to find this week's bachelorette. Originally from Grand Forks, North Dakota, this senior is about to graduate with a degree in Human Resources and is most likely to be listening to the hit 2000 song, "Aaron's Party." Meet Gamma Phi's Shelby Fugere!

How would your Gamma Phi sistas describe you?

Probably a little crazy but always a fun time.

What was your dream job when you were little?

I wanted to be Callie O'Malley from Grey's Anatomy sooo bad, she was such a badass.

Why are you the ideal BOTW?

Because I have been living that young bachelorette lifestyle longer than most.

Describe your love life in five words or less.

It doesn't exist until Thursday.

Tell us about your most embarrassing moment.

One time we were at Blarney and this guy kept looking at me weirdly. My friend knew him, so she went up to him to ask why. He said, "I know your friend" and she said, "no you don't." Then he told her I was a stripper from Déjá Vu. DISCLAIMER: I am not a stripper at Dé Vu. When I tried to tell him I wasn't he got defensive and said I should take it as a compliment.

Which frat are we most likely to find you at?

Live Love Lodge.

What's the best way for a guy to impress you?

If he can rap "Aaron's Party," he has my heart.

Most attractive quality in a guy is ____________ .

Definitely a good sense of humor. Oh, and tall dark and handsome doesn't hurt. ;)

Which celebrity would play you in a movie about your life?

Probably Kristen Wiig because she is funny as hell but also a huge mess.

Best compliment you've ever received?

One time I was trying to donate plasma and the guy told me I had really nice veins.

What's the best thing you've learned from college?

Never take Ladies Night for granted because drinks are expensive in the real world.

How do you feel about graduation?

I am really excited to be done with the school aspect of college, but super sad about having to be a real person.

Looking back, what was your favorite thing about college?

The nights you had no expectations for but ended up being super randomly fun. Also, being able to perfect the art of drinking for 15+ hours on gamedays.

Just because school is ending, doesn't mean your search for love has to. Nominate your single and ready to mingle friends here.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
