The Bachelorette JoJo's Final Four: An Analysis

Who's really here for the "right reasons?"

Well Bachelor Nation, it's time for "Hometowns," which means there are only four guys remaining on JoJo Fletcher's season of "The Bachelorette." Those four guys are fan-favorite Jordan Rodgers, self-proclaimed "frontrunner" Robby Hayes, broody sweetheart Luke Pell and emotionally conservative Chase McNary.

I have been watching the Bachelor/Bachelorette for years now. I know the show like the back of my hand. I am pretty good at analyzing situations on this show. However, I'm having a hard time trying to figure JoJo's final four.

Chase

Chase, right now, just seems like an outsider. Luke, Robby and Jordan are way farther into their relationships with JoJo than he is. The fact that he was on the 2-on-1 date with Derek made it clear JoJo was really unsure about him. Yes, he did open up to her, but is it enough? Robby and Jordan have already dropped the L word and Luke seems to be doing the same with his actions (ex: that really slow, weird make-out sesh). Chase...Chase told JoJo that he "likes her a lot."

Chase is too pure for this show. It seems like he holds back his emotions because he's not really comfortable expressing them in the setting he's in. I mean, his girlfriend has three other boyfriends for goodness sake. Can you blame the guy? There is a great possibility his hometown date might be a giant step forward for them. I believe it will and I will tell you why. The showrunners want you to finally fall in love with Chase because he will probably be the next Bachelor. Calling it now.

Luke

Luke has honestly been the biggest surprise to me this season. From night one, I totally had him pegged as the mysterious, broody type that wouldn't express emotion that well. For awhile, it seemed like Luke may be that type of guy but as the weeks went on, I was proven wrong. He's much more open and romantic than I expected him to be.

If you would've asked me a month ago who I thought the "frontrunner" was I would've said Jordan but now, I'm torn. With all the drama surrounding Jordan lately, Luke, in my opinion, is emerging as the frontrunner. He and JoJo are both from Texas, their physical chemistry is off the charts and they just seem like they mesh well together.

Robby

Okay, so I think this is an unpopular opinion but I must say it - I really dislike Robby. There's something about him that just makes me feel uneasy. Maybe it's his plastic hair, maybe it's the fact that he doesn't feel the need to wear socks ever. I can't put my finger on it but there's something so fishy about him. There have been many rumors circulating about him as the show airs so it only furthers my suspicion. Apparently he dumped his longtime girlfriend just to be on the show. Apparently he direct messaged ex-Bachelor contestants on Twitter offering them money to promote him on Instagram and use the hashtag "Team Robby."

All of this is leading me to believe that the guy JoJo is sobbing to in the finale is Robby. I already narrowed it down to him or Jordan because of the color of the suit the guy was wearing but recent events are convincing me it is definitely Robby.

Jordan

Oh, Jordan. Where do I begin? I have not liked this guy from the first episode. He seems so rehearsed, like he's constantly giving a sales pitch. Ha, that makes sense, actually. Jordan is a salesman - he is selling himself to America not to JoJo. Honestly, he probably signed up for the show to further his "sports analyst career" you know, now that he's a "retired" (sucky) pro football player. His goal is probably to become the next Bachelor.

His ex-girlfriend blew his spot up on Instagram the night of the premiere. She exposed his cheating and called him out on using the show to further his career. Should you believe her? Yea, probably. Jordan is not genuine. He is not here for the right reasons. He's here for the five minutes of fame. Unfortunately, JoJo is falling for his spiel. It actually reminds me a lot of former Bachelorette Andi Dorfman and her "winner," Josh Murray. And no, it's not just because Josh was a former pro athlete himself. Their relationships are very similar. Josh seemed fake to everyone other than Andi, their relationship was very physical and it was way ahead of everyone else's. Some drama arose towards the end, just like JoJo and Jordan, but it was just a way for the producer's to throw the audience off.

Where are Andi and Josh now? Well, they're not engaged. She wrote a tell all book about her time on the Bachelor/as the Bachelorette and aired her and Josh's very dirty laundry. He is currently on "Famously Single." Ha.

What should happen: JoJo should send home Chase at hometowns and Robby after the overnight date. She should dump Jordan's disingenuous butt and pick Luke.

What is going to happen: JoJo will send Chase home after hometowns, send Luke home after the overnight dates and choose fame hungry Jordan over equally as fame hungry Robby.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
