Bachelor Mondays are Back

Yes, y'all read that correctly. The bachelor started back this past week, and the audience is confused as ever after the three hour premiere. I myself am a very intense watcher of the bachelor, so I wanted to do a rundown if you missed the latest drama of America's favorite reality show.

Let me just start off this article with talking about Hannah Brown. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE 'Alabama Hannah,' but what she pulled at the end of the episode was just messed up. Pilot Pete is America's heartthrob after the last season, and he does not deserve what she is doing to him one bit. He already had his heart broken by her once, so for her to come on the show and confess her confusion about calling quits on him earlier is completely uncalled for. She needs to let him move on for good… preferably with Madison, who is one of the stars of my next topic.

The Episode 1 top runners:

  1. Madison- First off this girl is beautiful and perfect for Peter. She was very genuine and honest with him about what she is looking for from the very beginning. She also was picked to go on the first one-on-one date, and that was the ultimate dream date. She met the family as his parents renewed their vows, went to a romantic candlelight dinner, and went to a mini country concert. I think I go for everyone when I say this season could have ended with that date, and we would have all been happy.

2. Kelly- She's a girl boss. I love Kelly because she does not want drama and she and Pete have such a connection. She has a big advantage because she knew him beforehand, and many girls are jealous of her. I really like her though because she just seems really sweet.

3. Hannah Ann- I am not really a fan of hers because she broke the bachelor girl code by stealing Pete so many times. She is beautiful though and has great style, but she needs to be more courteous of the other girls.

The Drama:

Natasha v.s. Hannah Ann: The two girls went head to head on the first night. They both stole Peter from each other via paper airplanes.

Group Date: The group date consisted of a battle of becoming the copilot of Peter's heart. In the end of the race it was between Kelly and Tammy, so when Kelly "cheated" and won the race, Tammy was very upset. She called out Kelly later trying to start drama.

Overall the first episode of the Bachelor was very dramatic, and this season is going to be very intense. I hope this helped all of the Bachelor fans, and I apologize for how this may seem like a very biased recap. Peter has a lot in store for him throughout this season, and I can not wait to watch it.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"
