It seems like we're trying, doesn't it? We just grabbed a pair of leggings.

It finally feels like fall where I am. It took a long time, but every woman is glad you're here because this means we get to wear out favorite outfits and take cute Instagram photos while going to pumpkin patches, or hanging out with friends and throwing leaves up in the area.

1. The Go-To Sweater, leggings, riding boots, with a hot coffee in your hand.

A typical comfortable, class-approved, fall outfit. We look like we tried in the morning but really we just grabbed our favorite sweater and some black leggings.

2. An Autumn-looking dress with boots.

Maybe you're going to dinner at a restaurant, formal chapter, or just want to look cute. This is also a comfortable outfit that looks very put-together, yet it's only two pieces of clothing--shoes and a dress.

3. A flannel, jeans and boots.

Time to break out the flannels again. This go-to outfit is family acceptable and great for lounging or looking great when you're out-and-about.

4. A cute shirt, jeans/leggings and an infinity scarf.

Because a scarf makes any outfit look put-together. Also, it's the perfect present for fall or winter.

5. Tank top, cardigan and leggings.

Because sometimes it's too damn hot in the academic buildings on campus so you have an option to take off the cardigan so you don't sweat.

6. Sweater, vest and leggings.

The sweater because it's cold, the vest because it looks cute together and makes your outfit less plain. I'd recommend a Patagonia.

7. Long sleeve shirt/sweater and a jean/corduroy skirt.

If it's not too cold and it's in the 60's, you will look in style and feel confident and collected. Did I mention the 90s' are back with these skirts?

8. The leather jackets or stylish jackets with leggings.

Time to break out the leather jackets and feel like a badass. If there's one thing about fall that I love is that I can wear a plain tee or tank top because I can just throw on a cute jacket. I would highly recommend in investing in one.

Basically, leggings and jeans are back and I'm excited as ever. No more having to worry (as much) about shaved legs and outgrowing your shorts because legging season is BACK!

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.
