Here's the deal — I love music and I love Belmont, so nothing excites me more than learning about alumni who were once in my position and have achieved what I am currently dreaming up.
1. Brad Paisley.
Okay, so we all know that Brad went to Belmont. It's hard not to know. But did you know that he came here on a full scholarship from ASCAP? I know we're all jealous.

2. Florida Georgia Line.
Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley met at Belmont. It really makes you think, what future record-breaking band is forming right now on the campus we call home? P.s. one time Florida Georgia Line landed a helicopter on the lawn.

3. Chris Young.
So what he was only here for three semesters? It still counts and it's still pretty cool.
Song you should listen to: I'm Comin' Over (2015)
4. Trisha Yearwood.
I don't know about you, but I love Trisha's Southern Kitchen on Food Network. Oh, and she's a Grammy winning recording artist? Love that too.
Song you should listen to: She's In Love With The Boy (1991)
5. Josh Turner.
Baby lock the doors and turn them lights down low... Josh actually came back to campus last week to hold chapel in the MPAC and met his wife at Belmont, so I think it's safe to say he probably enjoyed his college years.
Song you should listen to: Your Man (2006)
6. Ashley Gorley.
He's co-written thirty-two number one singles, including All American Girl by Carrie Underwood and Crash My Party by Luke Bryan. He has over three hundred songs recorded by well known artists.
Song you should listen to: You Should Be Here - Cole Swindell (2015)
7. Lee Ann Womack.
I Hope You Dance is a jam, y'all.

8. Devin Dawson.
Devin is iHeartRadio's On The Verge Artist with his current single All One Me and I for one, am very excited about his pop into the country scene. Remember when he and fellow alumna Louisa Wendorff made a Taylor Swift https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7m3o5LuFKxg mash-up and it went viral?
Song you should listen to: All On Me (2017)
