Every adult is faced with some tough decisions but it’s the choice you make that grants you the right to say you’re “adulting”. Answer the questions and add up your points and see just how many points you can earn. The higher the number the closer you are to “adulting”. Good luck!

1. Your job offers you Beyoncé tickets (your dream) and all you’re required to do is pay $100. Your cell phone bill is $80 and its due two days after the concert and you’re on ¼ a tank of gas and it cost $20 to fill up. You’re banking on a boost on your next paycheck; however, we all know how that goes.

A. Yolo, you decide to go to the concert.

B. You ask a friend to lend you $100 and you tell them you will pay them back when you get paid.

C. You take the money out of your savings promising yourself you’ll put it back eventually

D. You just don’t go

2. You park your car and you get out and the wind blows your door and it hits another car. You only leave a small paint mark. You don’t have the money to pay for another repair.

A. You take a look see it’s not bad and you keep moving

B. You leave your number and your name on the windshield

C. You wait for them to come out of the store

3. You are $500 short on rent and the late fee will be an additional $100. You were also late last month.

A. You call your parents again to bail you out

B. You apply for a “Quick and Loan”

C. You try and contact to landlord to negotiate

D. You ask a friend if they can help you out

4. You misread the small print in the credit card brochure you signed up for and turns out you owe a great sum of money for your first payment. It also doesn’t help that the interest rate is out of this world and you have a car payment due.

A. You call the credit card company and come up with a payment plan

B. You decide it’s better to split your car payment money and make a small payment on both

C. You decide it’s time to make an important phone call to your parents

D. You decide to call the car company to arrange another payment plan

5. You stayed out pretty late with some friends knowing you had work in the morning. Your alarm goes off

A. You hit snooze repeatedly

B. You call in saying you’re sick

C. You show up with a fresh coffee ready to go

6. Your friends invite you to go on a trip to Miami for spring break. The trip is $1,000 and your parents just gave you $1,000 for school related expenses.

A. You justify this as a school related expense and you book your ticket.

B. You pass up the chance to go

C. You try asking for it to be an early Christmas gift

For those of you who have watched "Gossip Girl" before (and maybe more than just once), you know how important of a character Blair Waldorf is. Without Blair, the show doesn’t have any substance, scheme, or drama. Although the beginning of the show started off with Blair’s best friend Serena returning from boarding school, there just simply is no plot without Blair. With that being said, Blair’s presence in the show in much more complex than that. Her independent and go-getter ways have set an example for "Gossip Girl" fans since the show started and has not ended even years after the show ended. Blair never needed another person to define who she was and she certainly didn’t need a man to do that for her. When she envisioned a goal, she sought after it, and took it. This is why Blair’s demeanor encompasses strong women like her.
