In the case, you haven't binge watched "Archer" on Netflix or perhaps you have been living underneath a rock these past few years you should be well educated that "Archer" is one of the best TV shows all around. So sit down and buckle in for exactly why it is conquering the minds of all of its viewers.

First of all, it stars Sterling Archer. A womanizing, alcohol-loving agent who claims he is the best in the world. If you're sick and tired of shows simply painting a Mr.Perfect well, Archer may be the best fit. Phrasing.

Co-starring with Sterling Archer and nearly stealing his thunder would be his co-worker, Lana Kane. She is a strong, independent woman of color who proves a woman can do whatever a man can do -- and do it even better.

Actually, the entire cast of women are unique and strong in their own way. Pam Poovey struggled with a drug addiction briefly, an overweight woman who takes pride in her sexuality and does not allow anyone to waiver that view. While, Cheryl Tunt is.. her own level of unique. What she wants and believes, she will not apologize for.

The humor the show provides will make you laugh at the worst things (guilt may be a side effect).

Another character, being Ray Gillette is openly gay and isn't mocked for it. Well, mocked as much as a group of friends will mock you for just about anything.

And the references in the show are guaranteed to make you chuckle. Ranging from real life figures to even that of Lord of the Rings, the characters of Archer sincerely know more than their way around a gun.

So go ahead, turn on "Archer" and laugh a few times. Perhaps even pick up on the jokes they have with a group of friends. But one thing is for certain, watching Archer will definitely be the best thing you do in bed.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
