I have no idea if it is the month or, the time of year, the season, or what, but these past couple weeks have been so stressful, and I am not the only one. Everyone seems to be going through something at this time of year, whether it be school issues, relationships, family, basically everything under the sun, and I am not different. With finals around the corner and summer internships coming up, I have been very stressed.
In a nutshell, this is what I feel like on the inside, with all the tests, projects and whatever else is going on in my life. But because I am stressed, I have turned to healthy practices in order to prepare for finals.
1. Meditation
2. Yoga
3. Eating Well
4. Getting enough sleep
5. Exercise
Doing these five things have been helping me so much with getting through all the hard things that are going on in my life, and I hope that they can help other people get through these April Blues.
