This app is amazing for helping center yourself. When you set up your account, you have the option to pick topics that you would like to address such as sleep, stress, focus, and even studying. The app has a lot of free guided mediation to choose from that can be as short as five minutes.

2. Calm

"Calm" is an app that had guided meditations in series that go a week at a time. It tracks your completion and consistency through the process. It had a calming design, and advanced features. It was also an Editor's Choice on the app store.

3. Headspace

"Headspace" has a lot of different topics that you can focus on with your meditations. Its easy to use, and it can even set reminders on your phone when it is time to clear your head with the app. In addition to the free content, "Headspace" also offers subscription plans.

4. Pacifica

"Pacifica" is another app that allows for customization. When you enter the app is asks you how you are doing that day, and then provides meditations based on your answers. It is also has a subscription plan to unlock more meditations.

"Youtube" is a great source for mediation, and you do not have to worry about subscription plans! You can also choose from a variety of relaxing content and can be very specific to your needs. This way you can search for white noise, to guided meditations, to yoga classes all for free.
