I am about to make a confession. Are you ready? Here it is: I have never been to Disney World.

I know what you are thinking: "How could you have not gone to Disney World a.k.a The Happiest Place on Earth yet"? In a way, I think it is better that I did not go as a child for I would not appreciate as much when I was younger than I would now. Here are three reasons why I would appreciate going (hopefully) to Disney World in this stage of life rather than as a child.

All My Siblings Have Grown Up

If I would have went to the "Happiest Place on Earth" when all my brothers and sister were much younger, it would have been a rough time for the whole family. Going on any kind of vacation with four kids younger than the age of 10 is difficult for a couple of reasons: becoming hungry or tired from walking or being exposed to too much sunlight. Whenever we encountered these problems taking any type of vacation, it became hard for any of us in my family to have fun or experience the beautiful moments of the trip. As my siblings got older, it became less stressful to take any summer trips, which would also be the perfect time to go to Disney World as well.

Bringing Back Those Nostalgic Memories!

There were these series of video cassette tapes that I used to watch when I was younger called Sing Along Songs, which were a collection of various Disney songs from my favorite films. However there was one that I loved and it was called Disneyland Fun, where it shows how a day in Disneyland is spent accompanied by a series of Disney songs. I was jealous watching everyone going on all the amusement park rides, meeting Mickey Mouse, and watching the fireworks at the end of the day. However when I do get the chance to go to Disney World one day, I will get to experience magic that I saw on the television screen, bringing back those wonderful memories from my childhood!

MARVEL AND STAR WARS!

From what I have seen at Disney World, they had Star Wars attractions and character meet ups, which would definitely get me excited now. However the sole reason why I would appreciate going to Disney World now are the Marvel Superhero attractions! I mean who wouldn't want to meet Captain America or Thor!

New Disney Characters!

Recently, there have been new Disney films and characters that I have had a chance to watch that I would love to see at Disney World. These films include characters from Frozen, Zootopia, Moana, The Princess and the Frog, and more!

6 Unrealistic Expectations Society Has For Young Adults

Don't let the thesaurus-inspired vocabularies in our résumés fool you. We're actually just big kids.

Well over four feet tall and 100 pounds in weight, many of us "young adults" of the world still consider ourselves children. Big, working, college-attending, beer-drinking children. We may live on our own, know how to cook noodles, and occasionally use a planner, but don't be fooled; the youthful tendencies that reside within us still make their way into our daily lives. From choosing to stay up until 3:00 a.m. playing video games on a school night to going out in 30 degree weather without a coat, we still make decisions that our parents and grandparents would shake their heads at in disappointment. So why are we expected to know exactly how to be a wise, professional, sensible adult? It's not that we're irresponsible (for the most part, anyway). It's that we are young, inexperienced, and still have the sought-after, enthusiastic mentality that we can do and be whatever we want, which has not yet been tarnished by the reality of the world. These are just a few of the unrealistic expectations that society has for young adults.

Fandango

There are a lot of foods in this world, but there is only one dish that stands above the rest: Pizza. If you're close to me or at least know who I am, then you know that I'm totally obsessed with pizza. It's one of my favorite things to eat and I will NEVER turn down a slice, even if it doesn't have my favorite toppings. There isn't a day that goes by where I'm not thinking about pizza. I even sleep with a pizza pillow every night! There are many reasons why pizza stands above all other foods, and here are just a couple reasons why.
