Why I Love Apple Products

If it was not for Apple, I would not have experienced the chance to use wonderful products such as iPods, iPhones, and iPads. These products are part of a company that has been and will continue to be revolutionary, as they continue creating new products, which could be even more technologically revolutionary devices themselves. That is what makes these devices captivating for people who use them and make a lasting impression on those users as well. Apple is a company characterized by unique products that will stand out.

The iPod became the most advanced MP3 player of its time, offering the most storage space along with video playback, photo viewing, and offering some on-the-go games. There were more offered features that came to be as Apple advanced this original product that reaches far beyond just listening to music on-the-go. iPods were part of the revolution that made hearing music on the go possible and more simple. From the era of Walkman’s to having a compact device that could fit easily inside your pocket, Apple played a huge role in offering music but also saving space and being able to hear more tracks than what was just on your standard CD. iPods did just what they were designed to do as an MP3 player while being part of a revolution in their own good right.

iPhones are the devices that changed how cell phones could be used and what they were capable of. Its biggest feature included using the internet on a phone and as time progressed increasing the amount of space available on it's processor which made it that much more enjoyable to use on a daily basis. From making phone calls, sending text messages, hearing music, watching videos, taking photos, and even checking emails, the possibilities of what can be done with an iPhone are nothing less than impressive and why its users enjoy having one.

When the iPad was made, many just saw it as the bigger version of the iPod, but there was much more to it than just that. Besides being bigger in size, it served very handily for taking notes and even proving to function similar to a laptop. It's light design made it easier to carry around and get the same amount of work done as well, which made this so handy. The iPad introduced in 2010 was a new way to get work done on the go as it functioned like a laptop while taking up less space.

Apple has gone above and beyond to continue offering the most technologically advanced products, bringing something new to every updated model of their devices. This company is doing nothing less than making a statement for how technology advances over time and what can be done through these advances. That is what Apple gave us through iPods, iPhones, and iPads. These are pieces of technology that brought and continue to bring, innovative changes for MP3 players, cell phones, and tablets. This whole idea was about what new things can be offered in these devices that us users love to have and allowing users to make the best of each device and it's capabilities for their own individual use. Apple has accomplished that with everything they have created.

The Daily Struggles of Being a College Commuter

It's not all morning coffees and singing along to the radio.

The Daily Struggles of Being a College Commuter

I've been in college for four years now. I spent half my time as a commuter and half as a resident so I've experienced both sides of the housing spectrum. One thing I've learned comparing the two is that my struggles as a commuter far outweigh anything I went through while living on campus. Commuters have to deal with the problems school brings along with a slew of other issues; I've filled up my gas tank in the worst kind of weather conditions and napped in random places in public more times than I'm proud to say of. This is a list of some of the most challenging aspects of being a commuter.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!
