On September 10th, 2019, Apple unveiled three new tech products - the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and the iPhone 11 Pro Max.
The iPhone 11 is Apple's new flagship smartphone that offers a powerful range of new features. Most notably is its 6.1-inch liquid-retina HD display, high resolution, and true tone support for adjusting the white balance to ambient lighting - making shoppers flock to Apple retail stores all over the world just to get a glimpse of this technology révolutionnaire.
Another new feature is the artificially intelligent camera interface on the iPhone 11 Pro - the first of its kind!
So, how does it work?
Well, the iPhone 11 Pro utilizes three cameras, each of which has its own functions. Every time you are about to take a picture, the three cameras will quickly take eight images of the object before you press the shutter. Then, when you actually take a photo, the phone will compare your image against the eight previously taken ones and merge the best pixels of each image into one final product.
Also, the new triple-camera system offers Night Mode, for capturing low-light scenes that are difficult or impossible to shoot on normal cameras. Cool, right?!
Additionally, all three of the new iPhones have an ultra-wide angled camera which captures 4x more of the area outside of the frame. The ultra-wide camera works in tandem with the standard camera to enable Portrait mode for not just portraits of people- but for pets, objects and more!
With all these new advancements in the iPhone 11 series, it's interesting to think about what the iPhone 12 series will entail - although it is rumored that sketches and diagrams of the iPhone 12 have already been leaked on the internet! Just 8 days after the iPhone 11 series arrived in retail stores!!
If you're anything like me and don't want to wait for the next series to arrive just yet, you will probably find yourself wanting to visit an Apple retail store just to try out all the new and advanced functions and camera system. It's pretty incredible!
