If you're trying NOT to fail your upcoming exams and need some help, I've got some wonderful advice for you.
Fix your sleep schedule
Before you actually start studying, start sleeping on time. I am so guilty of sleeping at 4 a.m. for literally no reason and then hating myself the next morning. Sleeping late only makes the next day worse, making a simple task ten times harder to finish because you have zero energy.
Create a work schedule
You know what always makes me feel better? Making a Google doc. Write down all the topics, lessons, and chapters you need to learn for your exams. Create a timetable for yourself; organize your work according to how much you think you can finish in a day and remember that trying to cram all your work in one day is not effective.
Study to understand, not to memorize
This is something I learned about a week ago. There's a difference between memorizing terms and concepts individually and actually connecting them to one another.
Don't procrastinate...please, just don't.
This is probably the hardest thing to avoid doing, but if you stop procrastinating, these next few weeks will become so much easier. Avoid the panic attacks, all-nighters, and breakdowns by following your work schedule as regimentally as possible.
Balance studying with other activities
If you don't procrastinate, there's no reason to lock yourself in a room all day brooding over an assignment or study guide. Make sure you balance your schedule by going out to eat with your friends, attending club meetings, and so on. Basically, don't forget that you're a human and not a study machine.
