Ah, Facebook. We love it and we hate it. We want to live without it, but instead our inner stalking desire pulls us in every time. The longest period of time we've gone without checking our newsfeed is a whopping 5 hours, and it wasn't by choice (*cough cough, work*). Anyways, here are those ten annoying people we can't help but notice each time we log in, due to Facebook throwing them in our face.

1. The Complainer

These types of people will literally find the negative in everything. Their day is always ruined, and they are always looking for sympathy.

2. The Bragger

This person's life is AMAZING. Trust me....just look at their Facebook wall.

3. The New-Relationship Fanatic

You know the girl who has a different boyfriend every week? Yeah, I think we all do.

4. The Lovey-Dovey User

....Oh and don't forget about the mushy gushy love declarations that couple makes to each other after a lengthy week of dating.

5. The Over-Indulger

This Facebook user will literally tell you when they brushed their teeth, or when they have a doctor's appointment for that rash that just won't go away. Maybe if we are lucky enough, they'll include pictures too.

6. The Commenter

Just in case throwing a "like" your way wasn't enough, they'll comment on everything you post too.

7. The Politician

This person leads you to believe they have been in the world of government for the last twenty years, when in fact, they just watch a little too much CNN.

8. The Know-It-All

We all know that person who makes loud, obnoxious posts that consist of 50% opinion, 49% stupidity and 1% fact.

9. The Picture Freak

There's a 110% chance they are throwing up at least two selfies each day. And don't worry, you won't miss any of them because somehow they get at least 75 likes on each one, when you're still trying to rack up ten.

10. The Flirt

This girl (or guy) takes 'The Picture Freak' title to a new level by adding in suggestive poses or quotes. Each time you see a picture of theirs, you freak out a little thinking your computer got a virus, resulting in an adult website popping up. But no worries, your computer is totally fine, it's just your Facebook friend showing everyone their goods...again.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
