Here are Some Romantic and Unique Ideas for Your Anniversary

1. Start your party pretty early. On the eve of the big day, prepare a delicious breakfast in advance; cakes or champagne. Then, get up early in the day and go out to admire the sunrise before enjoying a romantic dinner at dawn.

2. If you do not want to start early, why don't you try to spend the day in bed? Spend this special time relaxing and taking the time to really talk and enjoy the company for a change. You can also offer your loved one a special breakfast in bed, pampering them. It is a wonderful surprise and well thought out for a couple who must always get up early to go to work or take care of children. When your partner gets out of the bed, get your anniversary present and place it under the pillow.

3. Enjoy a beautiful sunset for a romantic end to the day. Take a delicious picnic with all your favorite food and drink, then head to a place you like to enjoy the natural splendor.

4. Turn your home into a picnic spot. Firstly pack a food basket with your favorite food inside without knowing the other one. If you are celebrating a winter or rainy anniversary, the weather may not be ideal for a romantic outdoor meal. Instead, arrange a campfire in your garden or arrange candlelight in your home, and unpack the food basket of all your favorite foods. Enjoy the food.

5. Surprise your partner by cooking a romantic meal for two of you. Cook their favorite dish and enjoy the food. Or else, why don't you prepare a special dinner that you enjoyed together on your first date. This would be the best surprise for the anniversary.

6. Flowers are the best gift for anniversary, so why not buy a bouquet for your partner with an attached note that expresses how much you love it? For a special romantic touch, hide simple flowers around your house, each with its own letter or word of love, or sprinkle rose petals on your bed for a truly romantic feeling.

7. Decorate your home with framed photos of you both throughout your relationship. From the earliest couple shots to your wedding day, and right to the present day, you can indulge together about all your favorite moments.

8. Use your special day as an opportunity to enjoy a new and exciting experience with your partner. If you are both fascinated by adventure and love the thrill of a challenge, try parachuting, skydiving, paragliding, parasailing, scuba diving, etc., as a couple.

9. If you are married for a long time, why don't you consider taking the new vows? It would strengthen the bond of love between you two.

10. Recreate the first date together. You can go to the same place you have been to on your first date. In whatever way you have spent that day, you can relive that day by similar experiences.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.

Thanksgiving break is over and Christmas is just around the corner and that means, for most college students, one hellish thing — finals week. It's the one time of year in which the library becomes over populated and mental breakdowns are most frequent. There is no way to avoid it or a cure for the pain that it brings. I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads. We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.
