Animal Cuteness Overload

Have you had a bad day? Have you had a good day? Have you had an in-between kind of day? If any of the above questions apply to you and your day, then you are in for a treat. If you like animals and cute things, enjoy these pictures. They should cheer you up or make your day even better with their quirky positions, funny facial expressions and their overall cuteness.

This little Chihuahua puppy has the adorable button pushed all the way up to the maximum. With only half of his little blonde face showing, this puppy shows off a feeling of nervousness and even playfulness. The way his one visible eye is wide and looking in a certain direction suggests that either a toy is approaching or maybe even a human hand. My dogs usually get this expression when I’m playing with them and my hand is in the air moving toward them.

Curious animals are always fun. They are hesitant and cautious; they sometimes even contort their bodies into weird positions when investigating things. This little kangaroo is definitely curious about something. It appears he’s lengthening his body up toward the sky, probably to try and sniff the camera that is above him. His cute nose looks unnaturally large. With the angle of the picture, his head looks unnaturally large on his body, which just adds to cuteness factor.

Goats can be interesting animals. They eat anything, they butt heads and follow you around in order to get something from you. This cute little goat is clearly interested in the piece of bark. His ears stick out of his head and probably flop around as he walks. He might have even tried to eat the bark; successful or not, maybe got a splinter we will never know. All we know is that his coat looks soft, and he looks peaceful and cute.

Who has seen March of the Penguins? Remember the scenes of the eggs hatching and the little baby penguins learning how to walk and basically act like penguins? They are clumsy and stumble around, but their cute fluffiness saves them every time. This little penguin keeps on peeking out from the safe warmth of his parent’s body. Looking right at the camera, we can see that his fur is already changing from the grey to the traditional black and white colors of the penguins.

Hop, hop, hop! Bunnies are energetic, but somewhat calm animals. They might be oblivious at times, but they sure do always look alert. This little bunny is clearly on the lookout for something with her wide eyes and cocked ears. She seems to be contemplating whether to hop away or stay put.

Cuteness obviously runs in the DNA of this little bear. These creatures are often playful and they absolutely love honey. This little guy looks like he was rolling around in the grass and enjoying the sunshine. He is obviously caught by surprise in this photo based on the position of his body and head. He looks relaxed and seems to be unbothered about the camera interrupting his play session. This little bear has cuteness overload while rolling around in the grass.

It's officially December. There is less than a month of 2024, and I still feel like yesterday was summer. Now comes the merriest time of the year, the Christmas season.

Everyone has been waiting for this time of year since mid-October (which is way too early, in my opinion) or before. It's a time of love, family, memory-making, and gift-giving. A lot of times when I ask friends and family what they want, I get a lot of "I don't know" or "I don't care."

mu bucket list

I was sitting at my cubicle, now that I am an adult, looking at the rain pouring down on the windowsill, bumming on life, wishing for the rain to just stop for a full day.

There are moments where we count down the hours until work is over and how many more days till the weekend, and this many weeks until something exciting. Or something like that? Well, I was bumming because my next day off from work is not until Memorial Day weekend, which is not until the end of May. And since this is my first year out of college being a “real person,” I am totally missing the winter, spring and summer breaks. I am sure all of us have felt this way even if just for a hot minute…

Kent State University
Great Value Colleges

If you go to or went to Kent State, then more than likely you have done or will do some of these things.

1. You’ve slipped and fallen on the ice at least once.

The winters at Kent are brutal, and while the heated sidewalks and some great snow boots are always a help, there’s no chance you won’t bust it on the ice at least once in your four plus years at school.
