Anastasia: Your Next Musical Obsession

The new up and coming musical Anastasia is a must see.. and for those (such as myself) who are living the "broke college student life" Anastasia is required listening.

Based off of the animated film, the story follows the youngest daughter of the Romanov family, Anastasia, as she sets off to discover her past. Pursued by a ruthless Soviet officer determined to silence her, Anya befriends a charming conman and a lovable ex-aristocrat. With the help of her friends, she is able to find her home, love, and family.

In combination with the noteworthy cast (including the wonderful Ramin Karimloo), the breathtaking music, and inspirational story, Anastasia is something you won't want to miss.

Here is a sneak peek of one of the songs, featuring: Christy Altomare (Anastasia), Derek Klena (Dmitry), and Ramin Karimloo (Gleb).

And the wonderful Christy Altomare performing the key song "Journey to the Past".

Anastasia is set to open on Broadway March 26, so check it out!
