Since you are a young kid homework and project have been part of your day to day life, but as a kid you can find many ways of having fun, like playing with your friends from the block, riding a bike, play ball with your dad or just watching tv and playing a video game to release tiredness and not let the school workload crush you to a stressful point where is impossible to relax.
When you finish school and you go into college is where the fun begins, the no slipping nights, and the exams and projects due make your life a living hell. Being a college student is very stressful, a lot of papers, projects, and homework due in a short period, and how to relax in those stressful days? In my experience, I have found very safe space to relax in the gym, exercising has been an excellent way of letting my stress go for a least 2 hours, I have to admit that I am not a very athletic person but jogging and yoga are both challenging and fun activities that I enjoy to do regularly in my week.
Google dictionary defines yoga as “a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures is widely practice for health and relaxation”. This is a practice that many people describe as relaxing and comfortable to do, in my personal involvement with yoga the experience has been the most relaxing in those chaotic days of finals, extensive nights writing essays and long homework. You get to meditate and connect you yourself in ways that are amazing, you also get to stretch and burn calories that are always excellent for your body.
Another good activity is jogging; this is an exercise that helps you lose weight or maintain your current weight, to feel liberated and healthy. For me is an excellent exercise that helps me clear my mind whenever I have a lot to do and I fill overwhelmed with my classes and my day to day schedule, like many of you know and as I said before being a college student is hard these days, there is a lot to do in order to have an excellent GPA, contribute to your community and be involve with your university.
As a college student,
