Mom,
Words cannot even describe what you mean to me. You are way more than just the woman who gave me life. You are my role model, my inspiration, my best friend, my bank account, my cheerleader, and most importantly, my shoulder to lean on. I don't know where I'd be without you in my life.
How do I even begin to say thank you to the woman who has been there for me through literally everything? You gave me life, a life that has filled me with so much love and happiness.
You raised me to be the person that I am, and you did a pretty damn good job of it. Because of you, I am the honest, kind, grateful woman that I am today. You raised me to be a mini version of you, and that's the best me I could be.
You were there when I had my first steps. You were there when I got my drivers license. And you were there when I got my first heartbreak. You wiped my tears when I fell down trying to walk. You wiped my tears when I failed my driver's test. You wiped my tears when I got my heart broken. And every time, you were to pick me back up and tell me to get back out there. You never stopped believing in me.
Whenever I am so broke and can't afford to pay my bills or put gas in my car, you've been there to help me out even if it meant you were short on your bills. Because you put your children first. And I can't thank you enough for that.
You took the role of being a mother, and you went above and beyond what any mother is expected to do. I really am so lucky to call you my mom.
I know I don't say it nearly enough, but Mom, you are my hero. I am beyond grateful for everything you've done for me, given me, and made me. I hope you always remember that, in my book, you are on the highest pedestal.
In the words of Sugarland, "I love you more than anything in the world. Love, your baby girl".
