You disgust me and I'll be glad when you're gone. You're the ex-boyfriend that won't leave me alone. You're the nagging paperwork that needs to be done before midnight. You're the 2016 Presidential Election.
I'm not voting. I'll be glad when this election is over because either way, no one is going to be happy. I'm not voting because I would rather not choose between a lesser of two evils. Because I'm not voting I've heard, "Well, you better not complain after the election is over." Trust me, I won't. Even if I did, whose business is it to tell be that I can't complain about the person making the decisions regarding our country's well being.
I'm sick of your campaign adds. They're annoying and they are demoralizing to be completely honest. We teach children to respect others and their points of views, but yet we undermine someone if they don't believe the same things we do in the political aspect.
I'm tired of your supporters. They try to push their views on me, when I, in fact, I am forming my own opinions, but will respectfully listen to theirs. I will listen as they either support or reject Planned Parenthood or Common Core. And those topics are just the beginning.
Lastly, I'm fed up with your candidates. They're immature and frankly, don't carry themselves well. They not only don't have respect for each other, but also they don't have respect for themselves. Trump says that prisoners of war are not war heroes. What?! I'm sorry, but they are the war heroes. They not only gave themselves to the enemy, but they also gave their minds. Can Donald Trump imagine the kind of post- traumatic stress that those men and women face each day because they were prisoners of war? The answer is no. Hilary is just as bad, using a private email and then deleting the emails that were received and sent. If you are in a power of position such as, Secretary of State, you shouldn't even be able to have a private email. You are looked upon to be a representative for our country and people look up to you, don't act like an idiot.
2016 Presidential Election, good riddance, see ya never.
Sincerely,
An 18-year-old who could vote, but isn't.
