This is to our future America

Mr. Trump,

First of all I would like to start off with congratulations on winning the presidential election. I was stunned on your victory, and I myself was not one who voted for you, but nonetheless, congratulations. You have a great responsibility on your hands now, and I wish you all the best these next four years. You say you want to make America great again, and now you have endless opportunities to do so.

I myself, and many other Americans, were not exactly huge fans of yours, and that's just our opinion, but there were also many who believed in what you stand for and believe that you will do great things. I personally did not support you because I do not have the same values as you. I do not agree with what you stand for, and I do not agree with who you are as a person. Although I do not know you personally, how you acted at the debates, how I see you in the media, your hateful tweets, and discrimination really turned me off.

The media portrayed you as racist, homophobic, hateful, and sexist. I pray that this is not who you really are, I pray that the videos of you degrading women and promoting rape culture and discrimination are not what you believe in. Please be the man I saw in your victory speech who said he would be a president for ALL Americans. Be a President for the people, not against them. Promote love, not hate. I sincerely hope that the media portrayed you wrongly, and that your supporters really saw something great that I must have missed.

Prove to all the people who doubt you, and all the people who support you, that you will lead with grace. Prove to us that you won’t let America go up in flames. Prove to us that you are fit for this job. Prove to us that you know what you are doing. Prove to us that ALL Americans are welcome in the United States, and that hate will not be the heart of your presidency. Prove to us that "We The People" have a say in the affairs of this great country. Prove to us that you can be a great president.

Sincerely,

The Future of America

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

15 Things That Happen On Your Birthday

Do you have a small get-together or throw a big bash?

My birthday has never been my favorite holiday. I've found that I'm more excited to celebrate my friends' and family members' birthdays more than my own. I don't like being the center of attention, so I usually celebrate over dinner with a small group of family and friends. This way, I can enjoy myself naturally without feeling like I have to entertain everyone and make sure they are satisfied. In the past when I've had large parties, I was so nervous that people weren't perfectly content that I didn't enjoy myself at my own celebration.

College Informations

Most of us have already started the spring semester, and for those of you who haven't started yet, you suck.

It seems like coming back from winter break wouldn't really be a break all things considered, since we all come back to school and pick up right where we left off. We know exactly what to expect, yet we're unprepared every single time.
