It is very lonely not having you here on earth. Everyone misses you so much, but we know you are in a better place now. You are no longer suffering and in pain, you no longer have to worry. We know you are watching over us and keeping us safe. Although we have lost a loved one on earth we have gained an angel in heaven. God is keeping you safe now and we wish things didn't have to be this way but god needs you up there in heaven. He needs you to help him watch over us down here on earth.
It is not easy for us, day after day we sit and remember all the good times we have shared and how much we wish you could be here. We cry and we laugh and we cry some more. You will always be in our hearts and we now we will always be in yours. As the days go by it does not get easier it just gets harder. We miss the holidays together and all the fun times, it's just not the same without you. We wish we could speak to you somehow just to ask how you are doing and know that you're okay.
We tried to stay strong for you when that divesting day came when we had to say goodbye. But sometimes staying strong is not easy, and we could no longer hold back the tears; we had to let them out. And once we let them out there was no stopping them at all, they just kept coming. We know you hate to see us cry and you want us to be happy you are gone but we miss you dearly and just wish to see your face one last time.
But your time was up and you had to go, god was calling your name and there was no time left on earth. You lived your life and it was a long and happy life. We know if you could be back here with us you would. You made such a great impact on so many peoples lives and we thank you for that, and we thank you for being there the most when we need you. And now when we need someone to watch over us and lead us in the right direction we know you will be there up above guiding us through life. Helping us get to where we need to be and always keeping us safe.
We hope that you send us signs that you are still here with us, anything helps. Just to know you are still here, it gives us hope. I know you are happy now and that you can finally sleep peacefully, but don't forget we love you dearly. But we have your memories to look back on and your funny jokes you would tell. We will never forget you and in our hearts you will stay.
