Dear Name-To-Be-Left-Unknown Manager,
When I first got my job, I was thrilled. I loved the people I worked with because they were like my crazy second family, I loved the position I had because it taught me to break away from my waves of social anxiety, and I loved the new employees and staff that would come through on occasion. When I first met you, I had no idea that you would have such an impact on my working skills.
I was so incredibly happy that there was always someone there to say I was doing a good job and encourage me to keep at my work ethic. I was thrilled that I could see such a strong manager navigate throughout the workplace as I found it motivational. And I was so pleased to work for such a kind and loving lady like yourself.
This letter is to thank you for boosting my work ethic. Thank you for making me feel important in the workplace. Thank you for always being so inherently kind. Thank you for always listening to my crazy stories. Thank you for stepping up to the plate on busy nights and making everything run smoothly. And thank you for working so hard.
It’s a pleasure to work for you and I’m so proud I get to call such a cool lady my manager. I hope everyone is graced with such luck in the workplace. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Sydney
