Dear Mr. Right For Her:

We’ve talked about you... a lot. Even since before we knew you existed — I’m talking back when high school crushes were breaking hearts and taking names, back when we spent countless hours during sleepovers talking about what we expected our future to be like, the biggest question of all being: what kind of person would we end up marrying?

Through late-night conversations, inside jokes, road trips, sports, tears, laughter, love, secrets, loss, graduations, and dreams, it’s always been you that she’s searched for: a man of his word, dignity, and caring... a man who is full of life. Then she found you. In every day of the 11 years that I’ve been blessed to have her as my best friend, I had never seen anything that made her nearly as happy as you have from day one, and I thank you for that.

I got to watch your relationship blossom into something that’s truly magical. I got to hear all sorts of stories of how much she loved you, how much she truly believed you are the one, and I got to witness the proposal, and I got to watch my best friend walk down the aisle to the man of her dreams.

Thank you for accepting me as the crazy best friend and thank you for growing to be a great friend to me as well, but most importantly: thank you for continuing to make my un-biological sister one of the happiest girls in the world. She has dreamed of you and I have heard about all of her plans with you for as long as I can remember — even before I knew you.

With lots of love for both of you,

Your Wife’s Sister From Another Mister

Tiana would no doubt be disappointed in the food our cafeteria has to offer.

And hopefully she would cook for everyone in her dorm.

She definitley would not take any 8:00 am classes because she would be up late baking and cleaning up the communal kitchen that are available in every dorm.
