To Hillary Clinton

To the person who would have been okay with killing me.

Dear Hillary,

I want you to hear from a person who would have been killed if your abortion laws were set in place. I want you to see what you would be letting go if the American people so choose to pick you as President. I want you to see how life DOES begin at conception and I want you to see what catastrophic damage your stance on abortion could have.

Your stance on abortion is something I take to heart and something that really fires me up. I have followed this election more than I have others and I have paid attention to every debate. I hear your stance on abortion and the mother having a right to choose and I have one question for you: How could you EVER believe that killing another human being is okay?

You believe that a woman has the right to abort even in the ninth month of her pregnancy. What you are failing to mention is the fact that the baby is very much alive at this point. I have heard your stance on why you believe that a mother should be able to choose based off of medical issues, but let me say this to you, doctors are humans and they make mistakes.

When my mom was younger, the doctors told her she would never be able to have children because she had cervical cancer, but she has THREE.....he doctors were wrong.

The doctors told my sister she would never walk because she has cerebral palsy....They were wrong....Again.

I was born at 24 weeks. When you do the math, that means that I was born 4 months early. Yes, FOUR. I weighed less than two pounds. Together my twin sister and I weighed not even 3.5 pounds. We were fragile, we were underdeveloped. We spent months in the hospital and even when we were both finally at home with our family, we were on heart monitors and IVs. But here I am 22 years later HEALTHY and ALIVE. I am ALIVE because my mother chose to have me, despite what the doctors told her.

Your stance on abortion gives a child zero rights whatsoever. Miracles happen every single day. Conceiving a child is a miracle in and of itself. Anatomically what has to happen and what all takes place inside a woman's body leading up to the moment of conception is a miracle. Yet, you somehow seem to think that these miracles of life should be allowed to be taken, even at 40 weeks.

With your stance, you would believe that it would have been okay to kill me. To kill my sister. You would have given up on us, yet we are here and we are healthy.

I do understand that there are cases where a mother's health is put into danger because of her pregnancy but I also do not believe this gives the right to abort the child either. There are other things that can be done to save both the mother and the baby. As a Christian, I understand that we live in a fallen world. I do not turn a blind eye to the fact that genetic defects occur and that abnormalities in development occur because of this. But I also believe that God is all knowing and He is in control of all situations. Babies are born healthy, despite doctors predicting them to be born "sick" or with abnormalities. God has the ability to work in any and every situation. Every life is precious because each human being is created with a purpose. Some live longer lives than others, but as a Christian, I also believe that this is not our forever home either. As hard as it is to see children with diseases and genetic defects, the Lord can work through these situations.

Life is precious. Life is a miracle and it is scientifically proven that LIFE does begin at CONCEPTION. I'm not sorry for saying this Hillary, but you are wrong when it comes to your stance on abortion. Everyone is entiled to their own opion, but the next time you go to make a statement about abortions just remember that you would be okay with killing me and my sister.

It is that time of year again. Christmastime. It is one of my favorite seasons for a myriad of reasons. Here are just a few reasons why I love Christmas. This list is in no order of importance.

1. The Christmas decorations

I am that person who will decorate directly after Thanksgiving is over. This year, my roommates and I put the tree up in our apartment before we even left for Thanksgiving break. It is a great stress reliever for me to just sit in my living room and work on the huge amount of work I have before the semester is over.

Mistakes are something we all make, no matter how old we get. Most of the time, the mistakes we made are little and sometimes due to something out of our control. Yet, there are mistakes that are bigger than others. Personally, I have mistakes that I wish I could go back and undo. Here they are:

5 Things To Do That Are Better Than Writing A Paper

Don't waste your time trying to write that paper when there are so many more interesting things you could be doing.

Writing a paper is never fun and is rarely rewarding. The writer's block, the page requirement, be specific, but don’t summarize, make sure you fixed any grammatical errors, did you even use spellcheck? and analyze, analyze, analyze.

Papers can be a major pain. They take up so much time and effort that by the end of the process you hate yourself and you hate the professor for making life so difficult. Questions of your existence start roaming in your mind. Am I even cut out for college if I can’t write a single paper? Am I even capable of taking care of myself if I lack the energy to open my laptop and start typing?
