A is for Angels. Don't underestimate the power of a guardian angel watching over you this winter.

B is for Boots. Riding boots, over-the-knee boots, combat boots, Hunter boots, Bean boots... Whatever suits your style, this season is the perfect excuse to break out your favorite pair.

C is for Christmas Carols. "The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear." -Elf

D is for Decorations. Driving through neighborhoods full of lights is a sure-fire way to get yourself in the spirit!

F is for Food. Feasts of your favorite festive dishes will fill the table - and your tummy.

G is for Gingerbread. Whatever form it may take: a gingerbread house, a gingerbread man or woman, or simply gingerbread cookies, you can count on this treat to be delicious every time.

H is for Hope. There's something about January rolling around that gives you a sense of new beginnings, and it's the perfect time to start thinking about your New Year's Resolutions.

I is for Ice Skates. Even if you're not the most skilled at skating, it's fun to get bundled up and enjoy the winter weather.

J is for Jesus. The holidays are so much fun, but let's not forget what Christmas is all about.

K is for Kris Kringle. The other person Christmas is all about, duh.

L is for Lights.

M is for Mittens. Nothing says winter like a pair of cute mittens wrapped around a hot cocoa.

R is for Reunions. Being with friends and family during this time of giving is a great excuse to get everyone together.

S is for Sales. And Snow. And Sleighs. And Snowflakes. And Sweaters.

T is for Tree. Outside, they just look so beautiful covered in snow, and inside, they look almost even more beautiful covered in lights.

U is for Unwrap. Seeing your loved ones tear into their gifts with a smile on their face somehow makes the holiday shopping craze well worth it.

V is for Vixen. The most underrated reindeer of course.

W is for Wreaths.

X is for Xmas. Although it's not the only holiday of the season, it's one of the most widely celebrated!

Y is for Yuletide.

Z is Zealous... Which is the spirited, enthusiastic way most people look at the New Year this season.

Dear High School Friend Group,

My sweet angels, where would I be without you guys. We all grew up together because we either met in middle school or high school and watched each other grow up and get "old." We got to go to prom together and then graduate together. Then watched each other as we continued our lives in college, joining sororities and meeting people who will impact our lives forever. It all has happened so fast.

Oh college, we can’t live with you, but we can’t live without you. It’s a love/hate relationship, really. College is an experience that no one can ever prepare you for, and maybe that’s a good thing. You never really expect any of the things that college encompasses until you are there. College is fun, but don’t have too much fun. C’s get degrees, but they don’t get you into graduate school.

The "Gossip Girl" series may be over, but Blair Waldorf's iconic character lives in our hearts forever. Blair was the queen of the Upper East Side, and a character you either loved or hated. As I spend my Sunday avoiding my homework and other adult responsibilities, I realized that I've watched this series over and over about a million times. Sadly, there isn't a Blair quote I don't know, so I came up with a list of a few favorites. You know you love her...xoxo
