In Defense Of Andy Samberg's Hotness

Proof that he is, in fact, as hot as you think he is.

Andy Samberg: lovable goof ball, former "SNL" cast member, owner of a fairly sizable nose. But is he hot? That's the question that I have asked myself many times, consulted others about, and ultimately decided upon. If you're out there wondering, let me assure you that, yes, Andy Samberg is in fact hot and I'll prove it to you.

1. He doesn't take himself too seriously.

Who else would put cat stickers all over their face (in a very high quality looking photo shoot no less) and still manage to steal our hearts?

2. He makes a butt chin look gooooood.

While not always visible, when his cleft chin makes an appearance it makes him look like some sort of retro superhero, and only makes him that much hotter.

3. He has a swoon worthy smirk.

Also, he looks good in mustard yellow, which I think we can all agree, is very difficult to pull off.

4. He recognizes his flaws.

It's like Hannah Montana taught us...nobody's perfect.

5. He's 1/3 of The Lonely Island.

Also known as the comedy trio that has brought you such hits as, "I Threw It On the Ground" and "I'm On a Boat." Bonus points because they've been friends since high school, which is adorable.

6. His hair has come a long way since high school.

And speaking of high school, look at those luscious lips (and locks). He looks like the class prankster/clown that I would have been too nervous to approach.

7. He gives great compliments.

What's hotter than a man who speaks his mind? It definitely makes up for whatever fashion choices are being made here.

8. He's adorable as the (sometimes) clueless cop, Jake Peralta.

If you've never seen Brooklyn 99, do yourself the favor of making it your new summer sitcom obsession.

9. He goofs off with his wife.

Who wouldn't want to come home to this face at the end of the day?

10. He's delightfully weird.

Because, on top of his physical attractiveness, his humor is indisputably hot, so even when he is making a silly face or wearing a ridiculous sweatband, he's a knockout.

I rest my case, humor, hotness, and silliness that will make you swoon. For those of you who are still in doubt, you can keep walking and leave more Andy for the rest of us to enjoy.

10 Truths About Being In A Sorority

(For Girls Who Are Interested In Greek Life)

I remember my freshman year oh so well. I remember feeling terrified the night before orientation. The one thing that I dreaded the most was not the new people, the new environment, or even the academic pressure. I was dreading having to talk to sorority girls about Recruitment. I remember cutting off and avoiding any Rho Gamma/Panhellenic Officer that came my way during First Week. I looked at them like they had asked me to cut my arm off whenever they asked me if I wanted to rush. To be honest, I did not even know what rush was, but I knew that I did NOT want to be a part of it. To me, it was dumb. It was a waste of money. It was a waste of my time.

And guess what? I did not rush my freshman year. I spent the first half of my freshman year isolating myself from everyone on campus. I spent all of my time in the library, and then (since I was a commuter) went back home once my work was finished.
