Regardless of what high school you attended, you will always have a special place in your heart for wherever you spent those crazy, awful, amazing, terrible, magical four years. If you happen to be one of the lucky ones repping JH Rose as your alma mater, these are just 17 of the things you were bound to have experienced in your time there. How high? Rose High.

1. Your sole purpose for making great grades was making it to the academic breakfast to get chicken minis.

2. You probably were, or at some point wanted to be, a member of Link Crew.

T-shirt over a polo and all.

3. Whether you liked ECU and planned to go there for college or not, you were at every football game.

And you knew being under the stadium at halftime was the place to see all of your friends.

4. You would go back right now, just for one of those cookies they sell in the cafeteria.

5. As a freshman (and maybe even after) you were terrified of getting lost.

Admit it, it seemed like such a big school and the 600 hall was tricky.

6. Nine times out of ten you knew the Junior Miss winner because she went to Rose.

7. You were a part of Pitt County's greatest student section.

Once a Rowdie Rampant, always a Rowdie Rampant.

8. Every semester you prayed to God that your friends would have your lunch.

9. Turning left onto Arlington Blvd. out of school was the worst part of your day.

10. You've probably seen someone get tazed.

11. You've given a ride to Marvin Jarman.

12. Regardless of what class you were in, you always knew to use the 800 or Y-hall bathrooms.

13. You're still programmed to throw a little shade at anyone from Conley.

14. *Clux Delux*

15. You probably still talk to your teachers.

Because Rose has some of the absolute greatest teachers in the world.

16. You're proud to have walked the same halls as Minkus/Mouth.

We love you, Lee Norris!

17. You always had complaints but at the end of the day, there was nowhere you'd rather have spent those four years.
