For months now, the creators of the FX horror television series American Horror Story have been slowly prepping viewers for the highly anticipated sixth season, which is set to air on September 14, 2016. The show, which airs on FX, has maintained a strong fan base that dates back to the series’ first season in 2011. What makes this show unlike any other is that it is an anthology series, meaning each season gets its own storyline. Every season has its own character and storyline development that otherwise separates itself from the season before and the season after. Loyal fans of the series are more on edge than ever as they wait patiently for the next big spoiler to be released for the sixth season. As of right now, here is everything we know about the upcoming sixth season of American Horror Story.

1. The official scheduled premiere is September 14, 2016.

The producers of American Horror Story reveled to EW.com back in July 2016 that the scheduled premiere of season 6 will be Wednesday, September 14 at 10:00pm ET. Click here to check out the official article that was written describing the airdate.

2. Many of your favorites will be joining Season 6.

According to TVline.com, AHS veteran and two-time Critics’ Choice Award winner Sarah Paulson confirmed she was involved in Season 6 at the Television Critics Association summer press tour.

In an interview with Out Magazine, Cheyenne Jacksonconfirmed that he will also be returning to AHS for Season 6.

Back in March 2016, Lady Gagareveled that she will also be returning to AHS for Season 6 during a Z100 radio interview. The singer-songwriter and now Golden Globe winner for her outstanding acting in AHS Season 5 will most likely be taking on the lead role once again. It’s no secret that Gaga was made for this show.

In an interview with Magic Radio, Season 5 lead Matt Bomerconfirmed his return for AHS Season 6. Although he revealed he would be in the season, he stated that he did not know much about the storyline.

3. The plot is still unknown, however many theories are swarming the Internet.

Although AHS has remained coy about the plotline for Season 6, they have sure caused conversation throughout the AHS community by posting a series of photos and videos that hint at a possible storyline for the 6th installment. Photos and videos of strange creatures walking through a deserted town and images of houses caused fans to begin creating their own version of what they think Season 6 will be about. One theory by Vulturestates that Season 6 may be about the Lost Colony, which was led by an Englishman named John White, who brought around 100 settlers with him to Roanoke Island in 1587. Jordan Crucchiola of Vulture described the relevance of the Lost Colony even further by adding:

“Historical records show that this wasn’t a military excursion, since the group had many women and children. White departed for a supply run back to England, but when he returned three years later everyone had disappeared, leaving behind little more than CROATOAN carved into a fence post and CRO carved into a tree.

Historians and archaeologists speculate that the settlers either migrated to the neighboring Croatoan Island (now called Hatteras), died of pestilence, assimilated into surrounding Native American tribes, or — and this is the version of history we’re suspecting Murphy prefers — were killed by those tribes for being white invaders to the New World.” (Crucchiola, Vulture.com)

4. AHS will be releasing more updates on their official Facebook page.

Make sure you are following American Horror Story’s official Facebook page here to get the latest updates as they are revealed for the upcoming 6th season of AHS. The countdown to September 14 is officially starting now. Get ready.

6 Signs You Are An English Major

There are various stereotypes about college students, most of which revolve around the concept of your major. Unfortunately, we often let stereotypes precede our own judgments, and we take what information is immediately available to us rather than forming our own opinions after considerable reflection. If I got a dollar for every time my friends have made a joke about my major I could pay my tuition. One stereotype on campus is the sensitive, overly critical and rigid English major. Here are six telltale signs you are one of them.

27 Things 'The Office' Has Taught Us

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.
