It has just been confirmed that the American Health Care Act is the new replacement of The Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare, with the insurance being called RINOcare by house speaker Paul Ryan. With the premiums of Obamacare skyrocketing and other disastrous things about it, President Trump, speaker Paul Ryan, and members of the house came up with an idea to repeal and replace it as part of his many campaign promises. There have been positive and negative reactions from Democrats, Republicans, and Independents alike. As the new health care plan is seen as a good alternative there also has its consequences including throwing millions of people off insurance and having to buy new insurance.
With this new health care plan, I am mixed about it. I like that it's going to give Americans an alternative without the skyrocketing premiums and the lies such as "if you like your doctor you can keep it" and "if you like your plan you can keep it", but Americans will be thrown off insurance and have to buy new insurance. I view this healthcare plan as his way to help the economy. Whether or not this health care plan will succeed, only time will tell.
