The warm weather has been great, but my allergies have not. If you are like me and are taking allergy pills, using a nasal spray, and eye drops but still feel like you have a field growing inside of your eyes and nose, here a few last resort ideas to help you survive.
1. Goggles
Think about it: If you put goggles on as soon as you wake up and don't take them off the entire day, nothing can get in your eyes. And on the plus side, everyone might think you're a scientist.
2. Moving
If your allergies are really bad, maybe just consider packing up everything you own and moving somewhere completely different where your allergies may not be as bad. Somewhere with no fields or plants or life at all.
3. Shower constantly
My allergies don't really bother me when I am in the shower because I am cleaning myself of everything that may have come in contact with my body in order to give me allergies. So if you get in the shower and never get out, your allergies may not bother you at all.
4. Hose down your dog every time they come inside
They will, of course, be wet when they come inside, but that's fine. Mopping isn't as bad as your allergies.
5. Maybe just hose down everyone
Allergies are really bad this year and if it's your house and someone wants to come in, then just let them know your rules. It will keep your house much cleaner.
6. Never go outside
Going outside is probably the worst thing you could do, so just don't do it. Just stay inside and look out your window because if you go outside you will not feel good about it.
Hopefully, allergy medicine is good enough for you and you never have to do any of these things, but sometimes you don't have a choice. If you want to feel amazing and allergy-free, these suggestions might get you closer to feeling that way.
