If I had a dollar for every time I was asked "Are you crying?" or told " Let me guess, you cried." I would be one rich person. I don't think crying makes me weak, I think it shows I care and am open with my emotions. Here are 11 signs you can relate to if your tear ducks are always at work.

1. Aspca Commercial's

Once you hear Sarah McLachlan singing you know have to change the channel before you become a mess.

2. "The Notebook"

This isn't just any movie you can watch. You have to be physically, mentally, and emotionally ready to put yourself through. Tissue box must be out.

3. You're a pro at making other's uncomfortable

"I'm sorry, I just have a lot of feelings. The crying is normal."

4. Hearing "You Cried Watching That?"

Yup, I'm aware I'm probably the only person that can cry in the movie Mean Girls

5. People don't understand crying isn't just for feeling sad.

Tears of joy. Tears of relief. See crying can be good!

6. Sometimes you don't even know why you are crying

Hey, sometimes it happens.

7. Anything involving birth

In any movie, TV show, or real life... it's all so beautiful and moving.

8. There are a lot of pictures of you crying out there... like a lot.

Please, no paparazzi.

9. If you wear makeup, you know know there is no point to mascara unless it's waterproof

Wish I look as good as LC when I cry.

10. You know pull yourself together after a good cry quickly to hid the evidence

Zero to a hundred real quick.

11. You embrace that all your tears just show you have a big heart

You learned there is no point in hiding it anymore, you're going to cry. Show off your big heart.

But, I know that there are plenty of times I forgot to give you a simple thank you or an appreciative smile. I thank you for everything that you have done for me and will continue to do for me. Here are some examples of those times where you had my back and I forgot to pat your back for saving me:

College is hard. As people ages 18-22, we’re just trying to figure out what we’re doing with our lives, our careers, our eating habits, exercise routines, sleep patterns, and other necessities for adult life. We’re doomed to get sick. I have zero experience in science but when I get sick there are certain things I do to make myself better.
