You made it through the first week of classes! Was it good? Bad? Somewhere in between? Mine was a bit of both, largely because my classes range from an hour and a half long all the way up to four hours, and my attention span is only really good for about an hour. One way I try to stay focused is by writing down various quotes by professors. Here are a few of my personal favorites.
1. Isn't that a sexy title?
2. Be nice and work hard.
3. Demonstrate persistance.
4. "If you don't feel inadequate, you're probably not doing the job." -Steve Leinwand
5. Give peace a chance.
6. Work isn't a bad thing, even though it's a four letter word.
7. Be ready for change, even if it's scary.
8. I don't give extra credit, but you'll get a sticker.
I hope the rest of the semester goes well for you. I'll leave you with some words of wisdom from one of my teachers in high school, "be safe, have fun, and make wise decisions!"
