All Moved In!

Finally on campus for the first time! It is only the beginning!

I have officially been on campus for a week and an half now, and it has been amazing. My roomies have been with me and they just make college even more fun.

I was so nervous to move in on August 9 because I was going to be alone for a little while. I was also going to be away from my family for school now. It was rough seeing my mom drive away that night. I wish she could stay with me, but I have to do this on my own.

The next day I had band camp, which helped me a lot because I had something to do in my spare time. I wasn't just sitting in my dorm all day. It also helped me find some faces while I am walking around campus to get to class.

This years band camp has been so much fun and was probably one of my favorite camps of all time. We were always doing something or learning something completely new. Not to mention that we marched in the rain on the second day of camp. It was fun and relaxing. It also wasn't too hot during camp. Usually camp is alway 100 degrees but this year it was high 80's to low 90's. So we got pretty lucky.

Classes stared Monday and let me tell you. I was so nervous because I thought I would go in the wrong buildings. However I found my buildings the day before and then classrooms on Monday. One of my classes are already a hybrid class and my other teachers are already talking about going full online. Which I wouldn't be surprised because other schools around us have already closed for the fall.

I have been trying to keep a journal to write in so that I can look back on. I 100% recommend doing this because it helped me "calm down" and finish up the day.

Time for homework..

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
