Alex Karev has been on the show, "Grey's Anatomy," since the very beginning. This is a show that has seen a lot of tragedy from Shonda Rhimes, the head writer and one of the producers of "Grey's."

She has killed off some beloved characters such as Derek Shepherd, George O'Malley, Mark Sloan, and Lexie Grey. In addition, viewers have endured countless horrible events such as Derek being shot, the plane crash, and Meredith Grey almost drowning just to name a few.

Meredith Grey has had such a hard life from a very young age when her mother tried to kill herself right in front of her. Then Meredith did grow up to become an intern and then a surgeon at Seattle Grace hospital, later named Grey-Sloan Memorial hospital.

Through the many hardships of her life including her husband dying, stealing her own child, losing her mother, her best friend moving to Switzerland, getting sued for insurance fraud, and so many other events Alex Karev was there for her.

Yes, at first Alex Karev was very egotistical and arrogant, but his character development throughout the series is amazing.

Next up, Jo Wilson. Jo suffered from being abandoned from a young age, homelessness, depression and so much more. Her life changed when she met Alex Karev and they fell in love and got married.

Who knew Izzie Stevens would have the audacity to come back into Alex's life and say they had kids?! And so Alex left the love of his life, Jo Wilson, to go live with Izzie Stevens and their two kids together.

Let me just say, Jo Wilson deserved better. Alex left Jo, Meredith, and his mentors and bosses, Miranda Bailey and Richard Webber, by writing each a letter saying he was leaving.

Who leaves their entire life behind with only writing letters to the people you loved and loved you the most?

They ALL deserved better.

Dear High School Friend Group,

My sweet angels, where would I be without you guys. We all grew up together because we either met in middle school or high school and watched each other grow up and get "old." We got to go to prom together and then graduate together. Then watched each other as we continued our lives in college, joining sororities and meeting people who will impact our lives forever. It all has happened so fast.

Oh college, we can’t live with you, but we can’t live without you. It’s a love/hate relationship, really. College is an experience that no one can ever prepare you for, and maybe that’s a good thing. You never really expect any of the things that college encompasses until you are there. College is fun, but don’t have too much fun. C’s get degrees, but they don’t get you into graduate school.

Blair Waldorf

The "Gossip Girl" series may be over, but Blair Waldorf's iconic character lives in our hearts forever. Blair was the queen of the Upper East Side, and a character you either loved or hated. She taught us everything we needed to know about life, love and of course, how to score a Chuck Bass. So the next time you feel a bit lost and are in need of guidance, look no further than to the Queen B herself.

As I spend my Sunday avoiding my homework and other adult responsibilities, I realized that I've watched this series over and over about a million times. Sadly, there isn't a Blair quote I don't know, so I came up with a list of a few favorites. You know you love her...xoxo
