Jermaine Cole has done it yet again. On Friday December 9, Cole dropped his fourth successful studio album "4 Your Eyez Only." The album consists of ten tracks and could possibly earn its spot as number one on the Billboard. It has been two years since his last album, "2014 Forest Hills Drive," but this album might top his previous ones. Here are some songs that might convince you to purchase it.

"For Whom the Bell Tolls"

This song starts off the album with a slow and mellow beat, but the lyrics to the song might hint to some depression. According to Genius, Cole is predicting that his life might come to an end soon. The bell he refers to are the ones that sounds at churches. Whenever the bell sounds, it signals a loss of life. Cole believes that he might end up with his loved ones who lost their lives.

"Immortal"

Cole goes deep and raw as he talks about the passing of his friend, James, who was a drug dealer. The title of the song refers to his friend being immortal to a shirt. This stems from the tradition of showing love and respect toward a loved one by making a shirt for them after they pass.

"Deja Vu"

Cole lyrically expresses his feelings to a girl who once left him again for the wrong one. Similar to "Power Trip," he tells the girl about his feelings toward her and how he is going through the same situation again by leaving him. He feels "love at first sight" is a joke that he always ends up heartbroken.

"4 Your Eyez Only"

This song shocked me as Cole revealed something I never knew. This song is a message to someone important: his daughter. There have been rumors that Cole was secretly a father, but the truth has come out as he made this song specifically for her. The song expresses his love for her with meaningful words of how much she means to him. Cole hasn't seen his daughter for a long time; however, he wanted to let her know that he became a changed man by spreading positivity and to not remember him as a criminal.

A few days before the release of his album, Dreamville published two music videos. The two songs shocked people as Cole made the risky move of dissing certain rap artists. One of songs, "False Prophets," is said to call out Kanye West as Cole expresses his disappointment in his idol and how he needs to step up his rap game. Another song titled "Everybody Dies," is a diss song about Lil Yachty. The Atlanta rapper dismissed the beef between him and Cole because he found it amusing. The songs were featured in Cole's documentary, "Eyez," which was released on December 2.

It's no surprise that Cole loves to catch his fans off guard by dropping an album at the last minute, but the amazing thing about him is that he hasn't done any features for this album and yet, many copies have been sold. According to Billboard, the album is aiming to hit number one on the "Billboard 200" chart, making it Cole's first time to become a member.

Summer: a time (usually) free from school work and a time to relax with your friends and family. Maybe you go on a vacation or maybe you work all summer, but the time off really does help. When you're in college you become super close with so many people it's hard to think that you won't see many of them for three months. But, then you get that text saying, "Hey, clear your schedule next weekend, I'm coming up" and you begin to flip out. Here are the emotions you go through as your best friend makes her trip to your house.

Winter break is over, we're all back at our respective colleges, and the first week of classes is underway. This is a little bit how that week tends to go.

The professor starts to go over something more than the syllabus

You get homework assigned on the first day of class

There are multiple group projects on the syllabus

You learn attendance is mandatory and will be taken every class

Professor starts chatting about their personal life and what inspired them to teach this class

Participation is mandatory and you have to play "icebreaker games"

Everybody is going out because its 'syllabus week' but you're laying in bed watching Grey's Anatomy

Looking outside anytime past 8 PM every night of this week

Nobody actually has any idea what's happening this entire week

Syllabus week is over and you realize you actually have to try now...or not

Now it's time to get back into the REAL swing of things. Second semester is really here and we all have to deal with it.

panera bread

Whether you specialized in ringing people up or preparing the food, if you worked at Panera Bread it holds a special place in your heart. Here are some signs that you worked at Panera in high school.

1. You own so many pairs of khaki pants you don’t even know what to do with them

Definitely the worst part about working at Panera was the uniform and having someone cute come in. Please don’t look at me in my hat.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.
