Recently, a friend of mine and I have decided to possibly go on a trip to Japan. We are both fanatic about photography and immediately I begin researching beautiful places to visit in the country. From haunted rides to breathtaking views, it seems like Japan has it all! Even though I am still researching, I thought I would share with you guys three places that will definitely be on our bucket list trip to Japan.
1. Chureito Pagoda
This breathtaking view gives the adventurer a glimpse of Mt. Fuji among a sea of beautiful cherry blossoms. Built back in the 8th century, the pagoda is part of the Arakura Sengen Shrine, giving the viewer a bit of history and beauty.
2. Arashiyama's Path of Bamboo
I believe it's every photographer's dream to take mystical pictures within the array of bamboo. At least, it's my dream! Best hour to go is before 8 am, if you want the place to yourself.
3. Nara Dreamland
This abandoned theme park is eerie and beautiful at the same time. Opened in 1961, this park thrived for over 40 years before suddenly the popularity dwindled, until its closing day in 2006. Since then, photographers have tried to capture the nostalgia this Dreamland created.
