Similar to many, my entire life there's been a dog in the house. Dogs are our best friends, our family members. Whatever pet you have, they make a real impact on your family in the most positive way imaginable. In my life I've experienced my family buying a dog and adopting, and I must say there is a clear difference between the two. While I loved every single dog that has been in my life I must say here are the reasons you should adopt, not shop.
1. They are the most loyal.

When you adopt your dog notices YOU are the one who saved them. They will want to always be by your side and protect you just like you protect them.
2. They’re not picky eaters.

These dogs have eaten God knows what on the streets and in the shelter. They will LOVE any food you try to feed them because it's probably way better than what they've have before.
3. They are the most grateful pets in the world.

These dogs have been through experiences we will never understand and while they may come with physical and/or mental scars they will never forget that you gave them a home. They will spend their lives trying to tell you thank you.
