Everyone has their favorite taste in music in the world. Whether you like pop or rock or heavy metal, everybody has a favorite music taste or any type of music in which they find pleasure in listening to. Not too many people can say however that they have more Broadway songs on their phone or laptop than any other type of music. Are you a Broadway fanatic? Here are some signs that you are extremely addicted and head over heels for Broadway music.

1. You Sing Them EVERYDAY

When I say every day...I mean EVERYDAY. Whether it be in the shower or you are on your lunch break at work or even walking your dog, you seem to be singing show tunes everywhere you go. If you find yourself singing show tunes almost every day or constantly looking up show tunes to sing, then you are addicted to Broadway music.

2. You Know All The Lyrics To The Broadway Songs You Like To Sing By Heart

Right when you turn on your favorite Broadway song you automatically know when to start singing as well as knowing all the lyrics. Just like any other song, listening to a Broadway song daily increases the chance of you memorizing the lyrics faster thus knowing the lyrics by heart. If you are singing a show tune and you sing all the lyrics perfectly, then you are addicted to Broadway music.

3. You Picture Yourself Being In A Broadway Musical

Ever had a dream or ever daydreamed about being in a big musical production? If so, you are definitely addicted to Broadway music. When I listen to Broadway music, all I can think about is playing the main female role. Some of my favorite musicals include Phantom of the Opera, The Sound of Music, Fiddler on the Roof and West Side Story. All of these plays are huge Broadway productions which continue to attract millions and millions of people to the theater around the world. I always picture myself, for example, playing Christine Daae or Meg Giry in Phantom of the Opera or Maria and one of the nuns in The Sound of Music. If you picture yourself playing any big role in a Broadway musical like myself, then you should strongly think about getting involved in theater and the performing arts!

4. You Use Show Tunes To Help With Stress

Sometimes things like work or college can create stress in our lives. Luckily we have show tunes which can sometimes make us feel better! Some show tunes, in particular, are very upbeat and can help you feel more energized and motivated. Sometimes when I am under stress from school work I listen to show tunes and it always seems to relax my mind! If you use show tunes to help you with stress then this is a sign you are really a lover of all things that have to do with Broadway :)

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
