Before we can talk about self-acceptance we must first understand what accept means. Accept is an act to approve or to receive, Acceptance,then mean to assume an obligation or to assume defeat to an endless battle and find peace in it.
Self-acceptance is an act of assuming defeat to that inner battle and find peace, because let be serious with ourselves everyone has an inner battle, whether it doubt or disappointment or disgrace or hurt,we all carry or wear our scar differently,but the best way to over come it all an come out stronger is to accept who you're and be the best you can ever be,when you refuse to accept yourself and doubt everything you do, you're only giving way for depression and anger,so today I want you to say to yourself I'M THE BEST VERSION OF MYSELF, I'M BEAUTIFUL,I'M PRETTY,I'M NOT FAT,I'M SEXY,I'M NOT THIN, I'M CUTE.
