There are people who dislike reading, there are people who are indifferent, and there are people who absolutely love it. For those people who absolutely love reading, especially books and novels, there are certain traits that you may notice about people who are obsessed with books. Some of these traits may come off as strange, or even crazy, to the non book lover so here are some basic explanations to hopefully help those who associate with people obsessed with reading good books.

1. They will constantly be on a look out for a new, exciting book, or series they can spend hours reading, talking and thinking about.

Good books are not always easy to find, sometimes it takes some digging to find the perfect book, or series.

2. No matter if they are as super busy book lovers will always find a time to read, whether that means doing it while brushing their teeth, eating, or sitting on the toilet.

Multitasking is a common talent of book lovers, don't judge.

3. They will become emotionally attached to characters.

They will cry, laugh, or even fist pump for the characters they have fallen in love with, which may make them seem crazy but when you spend hours upon hours, days upon days, of reading about the details of a fictional characters life it's not to have some sort of emotional investment.

4. Book lovers will always say that the book(s) are better than the movie(s) created from them.

No matter if the movie does a decent job of living up to the book, it can never be better because there is no way to include every precious detail of a five hundred page novel into a two hour movie. Just don't even bother arguing.

5. They will read their favorite books multiple times.

It may seem strange that someone would want to read the same book twice, ten times, or twenty times. When you really love a book you can't help but want to relive that story again and see if there was anything you missed, or forgot about the fiftieth time around.

6. Libraries are the Disney World of books (but even better because they're free).

The library provides a quiet, but exciting opportunity to explore all kinds of adventures, places and people without even having to spend money or travel.

7. They will suffer a small (or large) form of heartbreak when an exceptionally good series comes to an end, even if it was a good end.

It will be hard for the book lover to accept the fact that they will never read a new story about their favorite character(s) again.

8. They may aspire, or daydream about writing their own book and being as successful as their favorite authors.

Most will come to the conclusion that it is no simple task to make up a whole other world, for unique characters, and interesting places.

9. Book lovers will fangirl over their favorite authors if given the chance.

It would be hard to not be in awe, or inspired by the person who created a place, with characters, and an amazing storyline that has become one of your favorite things in the entire world.

10. They will seek out people, (or force and beg those close to them), to read their favorite books so they can have someone to discuss the ups and downs of their favorite stories.

One of the best sentences you could ever say to a book lover is, "What did you think about so and so book?".

27 Things 'The Office' Has Taught Us

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.
