It can be difficult thinking of a restaurant to go to in Smithtown because there's so many options. You may want to mix it up and try some different restaurants around the area so here's a list of restaurants in Smithtown using the alphabet!

Aji 53

In the mood for some sushi? Visit Aji 53 and you'll never be disappointed. With a fun and relaxing atmosphere, sit back and relax while enjoying a drink and some high-grade sushi.

Butera's

There's no place like happy hour at Butera's on a Friday night!

Chop Shop

My absolute favorite place in town with special offers throughout the week like Wine & Dime, Date Night Thursdays or even the prixe fix menu.

Del Fuego

With only three locations, it's the best tex-mex restaurant on Long Island. Each night of the week is dedicated to something different: Margarita Mondays, Taco Tuesdays, Wing Wednesday, Nacho Average Thursday, Flight Friday, Sangria Saturday and Fajita Sunday.

EAST Side Sports Grill

Relatively new, this place has a really sweet atmosphere for anyone that grew up in Smithtown. With the interior of the restaurant decorated with Smithtown East sports gear, it provides a fun and friendly environment for a quick bite of "pub" food.

Faraday's

This restaurant has been around for years. It's nice especially during the summer to eat on the outdoor back patio. Mako Shark Bites are definitely recommended!

Garden Grill

A 120 year old Victorian Country Inn generating a warm and gracious atmosphere nestled right in the heart of Smithtown on North Country Rd.

H20 Seafood & Sushi

Every Wednesday night, enjoy the three course $40 prixe-fixe dinner with paired wines.

Insignia Prime Steak & Sushi

Following the tradition of Blackstone and Rare650 from Anthony Scotto, Insignia offers an exceptional dining experience offering the finest prime dry-aged steaks, freshest seafood and sushi creations.

Javier's Cafe

Chef and co-owner Edgar "Javier" Viera has a history of preparing delicious meals in the kitchen from his long lasting experience with Maureen's Kitchen, also located in Smithtown. He decided to expand his horizons opening Javier's Cafe to offer the Smithtown community a taste of his pancakes.

Kitchen a Bistro

Many people adore this super relaxed, rare find where chef-owner Eric Lomando crafts awesome French bistro dishes and the bargain with BYO and no corkage charge.

Luso

The only all-you-can-eat Portuguese restaurant in Smithtown completely devoted to the "wood-char BBQ." Endless skewers of sizzling grilled beef, pork, sausages and bacon-wrapped turkey are brandished here.

Maureen' Kitchen

Established in 1985, family-owned and completely decked out in a cow-themed everything, Maureen's Kitchen offers an endless amount of breakfast and lunch options everyday of the week. P.S. cash only!!

Nick's Pizza & Clam Bar

Located on 25A, this seasonal joint offers traditional pizza pies and sauces to lobster rolls and clams. With nick's own creations, you''ll find something pleasing for every taste.

Old Street Restaurant & Bar

Old street has been a Long Island favorite since it opened its doors in 1969. From burgers and steak sandwiches to salads, wraps and burgers, their large menu offers a variety of things for every type of person.

Patio Pizza

First founded in 1977 and with its new location at 244 Lake Avenue, Caligiuri's will continue to thrive as a family-owned Italian restaurant serving pizza, pasta, salads and heroes (grinders, for those of you not from LI).

Quizno's Subs

It's simple: create your own salad, sub or wrap.

Rocco's Pizza & Pasta

Friendly and accommodating staff with great local pizza for any Friday night along with many other options as well.

Seaqua Deli

Probably the best deli around with a friendly and hard-working staff. I don't think I have ever seen a place so crowded for lunch. All I can say is that this place sure knows what they are doing.

Thai House

Looking for the ultimate Thai dining experience? Visit Thai House located in the heart of Smithtown on Main Street offering some of the finest Thai cuisine in the New York area.

Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace

There's nothing better than walking into a full service super market. Wait sorry, it's not just a supermarket, it's an experience. Shopping at Uncle Giuseppe's entitles you to choosing from dozens of homemade pastas and sauces, watching sushi chefs hand-roll fresh sushi all day long, choosing your very own fresh live lobster and buying specialty products that just can’t be found anywhere else!

Villa Sorrento

Inspired by the enchantment of Sorrento, Italy, owner Sal Coppola's passion for his restaurant is noticed the moment you walk through their doors. The earth tone décor warmed by the fireplace will set the tone for an enjoyable and relaxing evening of fine dining.

Wild Ginger

1/2 price sushi available everyday

"X" Restaurant

With so many restaurants in the heart of Smithtown, I wanted to leave this letter unknown. I want you to choose a restaurant and experience a fine dining experience.

Yogurtini

Featuring 10-16 flavors of frozen yogurt everyday, unlimited possibilities are laid out in front of you.

Zar Cafe

A tiny Persian Mediterranean cuisine hidden behind foliage and unknown by many in Smithtown offers a variety of unique mouth-watering foods from pasta to steak.

In honor of Mother’s Day, I have been thinking of all the things my mom does for my family and me. Although I couldn’t write nearly all of them, here are a few things that moms do for us.

They find that shirt that’s right in front of you, but just you can’t seem to find.

10 Reasons To Thank Your Best Friend

Take the time to thank that one friend in your life you will never let go of.

Thank You on wooden blocks

1. Thank you for being the one I can always count on to be honest.

A true friend will tell you if the shirt is ugly, or at least ask to borrow it and "accidentally" burn it.

2. Thank you for accepting me for who I am.

A best friend will love you regardless of the stale french fries you left on the floor of your car, or when you had lice in 8th grade and no one wanted to talk to you.

Do as I say, not as I do.

Your eyes widen in horror as you stare at your phone. Beads of sweat begin to saturate your palm as your fingers tremble in fear. The illuminated screen reads, "Missed Call: Mom."

Growing up with strict parents, you learn that a few things go unsaid. Manners are everything. Never talk back. Do as you're told without question. Most importantly, you develop a system and catch on to these quirks that strict parents have so that you can play their game and do what you want.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!
