Twitter, Twitter, Twitter: I shake my head at thee because you are always creating some wacky hashtag or news item to keep the world turning, and this week it is the '90s Commandments. This week I, a '90s baby, turned 20. So I think it's only fair to take a moment to reflect on all that decade had to teach the world and most importantly, me. After all, we "'90s babies aren't babies anymore."

1. Thou shalt know when it is morphing time and do so accordingly (Power Rangers)

2. Thou shalt smell like Teen Spirit (Nirvana & Happy Birthday, Kurt Cobain)

3. Thou shalt live in the right zip code (90210)

4. Thou shalt no chase waterfalls nor want no scrub (TLC)

5. Thou must acquit if the glove does not fit (OJ Simpson)

6. Thou shalt STOP... and hammer time (MC HAMMER)

7. Thou shalt be kind: please rewind (Blockbuster)

8. Thou shalt cut-IT-out whenever possible (Fullhouse)

9. Thou shalt wear thy hair in the Rachel with pride *and will know when one is on a break or not (FRIENDS)

10. Thou shalt wear thy overalls with enthusiasm. The wider the leg the better (Everyone)

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here.
