Since I was able to speak, I used to tell my parents that I was born in the wrong era. Deep down, I think, I was supposed to born in the early 90s. I scroll through the TV channels until i find a show that was originated back in the day. It will take me about 10 minutes to find the show, but it was well worth it. Oh, the days...
20. Lizzie McGuire
A trio just trying to get through school together. Lizzie has a little Lizzie that would keep the audience updated and keep us laughing.
19. Kenan & Kel
Nobody loves orange soda, just as much a kel. Kenan and Kel are very funny best friends keeping us entertain with skits, comedy and so much more.
18. What's Happening
Three teenagers going through high school with ups and downs, but they knew when ever they need to let it out, they could go out to 'Rob's place' and enjoy a nice meal and chat with Shirley.
17. Good Times
A faithful husband and wife, raise their kids, in a little apartment in Chicago. JJ is a passionate artist, Thelma is a caring, tough sister, and Michael is a student who wants to see right in the world. Florida and James try to teach their children right from wrong, but at the end of the day, they have to go through some tough times, to get to where they ended up.
16. Bernie Mac Show
When Bernie's nieces and nephew come to live with him and his wife, they have to learn how to parent every second. When Bernie is happy, mad, scared etc.. he goes and talks to the world.

This show is basically like "In living Color". Each character turns into different other characters, that would never have you just sitting there, with a RBF (Resting B***h Face). You will have a smile on your face no matter who is coming up.
14. The Amanda Show
Same with this show, Amanda would have you cracking up on every skit she did.
13. Kim Possible
Kim possible, was incredible. She was a daughter, student, cheerleader, sister, friend, and an agent. She would fight crime along with her best friend Ron. She kept the world save all while keeping the grades up.
12. Gullah Gullah Island
This show is more for young kids, but I still watch it from time to time. This family and the frog, Binyah Binyah Poliiwog, live on an island on the South, Together they learn about their culture, how to love, and everyday life.
11. One on One
A single father, doing his very best to raise a young girl. She learns a lot of things from him, when he is free from hollering at the ladies. When she is all grown she takes her father's advice greatly.
10. The Game
The men of the football world finds love and throughout the years, things will unravel with the men of this show. From baby mamas to taking steroids. Trust me, this is one of the best shows ever!!
9. In Living Color
Hysterical. Amusing. Comedy. Silly. Hilarious. All the words in the book. This show is full of skits that will make you cry, laugh, maybe even pee your pants a little. Includes some incredible people, Jamie Fox, Jim Carey, Damon Wayans, David Alan Grier, the fly girls and a lot more beautiful people.
8. Family Matters
Carl Winslow, has long days at work, but he comes home to his wife, kids, mom, and sister in law, who all know how to take his mind off work. When Steve came, his life was changed forever. He gained a new son in the process of the mess, trouble, and happiness he brought. Never a dull moment with this family.
7. Living Single
A group of friends with different personalities, feelings, and thoughts, trying to live together in Brooklyn, New York. Even though the four women live downstairs and the two men live upstairs, they are a part of their lives, and cannot seem to shake them.
6. The Parkers
Ms. Parker wants the best for her daughter, Kim, and for herself. Ms. Parker, is kinda a stalker for when it comes to the professor. She just wants some love, but she wants it specially from him. All while attending college, with her daughter.
5. Sister Sister
Twins separated at birth, will eventually find their way back home. Ray will allow for the other twin and her mom to move in and they will have to learn how to co parent, live with each other, and not fight.. all the time.
4. The Proud Family
Penny Proud, a strong black girl, who always knew what she wanted. She had her group of friends, that would help her out when the Gross sisters, would ask for money or just things. Her loving family were there to care, love, and teach her.
3. That's So Raven
A young girl, named Raven was unique in her own way. During certain events in her life, she would have visions that would help her. Thank God, she was not alone, because having such a gift, would of been a heavy burden. She was surrounded by family and close friends.
2. Diff'rent Strokes
By far the best sitcom of the 80's. Two black boys were adopted by a lovely man, that loved them unconditionally. They were there for each other through the toughest and precious moments. No matter what, their father was always Philip.
1. Moesha
A beautiful black family, living the everyday life the best way they could. Each episode talked about reality and gave you really good advice through each character.
