10 90's and 2000's Costumes That'll Make You Miss Your Childhood

Being born in the 90's has always been something to be proud of! We grew up in a time where we pretty much had the best of everything: TV shows, toys, music, movies, etc. Now that the 90's are deeper and deeper into our rearview mirrors, we yearn for just a little snippet of those glorious days. If you don't already miss your childhood, you will after seeing these 90's and 2000's Halloween costume ideas!

1. While our little brothers and sisters will think it's cool to dress as iPhones and apps, we'll think it's even cooler to see a walking Tamagotchi!

2. If Rocket Power didn't make you want to be a skater or a surfer, or at least force you to create handshakes with your friends...then you might not be a 90's kid. Either way, this might be one of the most exciting costumes!

3. If you can answer this question, "WHO LOVES ORANGE SODA?" Then don't hesitate to dress as this duo, Keenan and Kel, for Halloween!

4. Some of us like to say that we aren't sure if he is dead or alive. So, you might raise an eyebrow or two if you pull off Tupac this Halloween!

5. So, you've been in the gym working hard on getting your abs together--but, you still haven't found a reason to show them off...stop your search, you'd probably be the best Lara Croft since Lara Croft herself!

6. Your friends might be a bit complicating sometimes, they may not be able to takes jokes, and honestly, they might irritate the hell out of you...that just makes you all the best group of friends to pull off Martin this year!

7. If you know a chick who likes a short, smart, less stylish guy..with an annoying sister, then you might consider being Dexter... but only for Halloween.

8. Luckily, you don't have to go as a group to pull these costumes off! But, if you've got a crew or a stalker...then you'd have no problem being Arnold!

9. We know that the 90's brought forth some of the best tunes, so if you want even a half of an ounce of what will seem like fame, then you and yours girls should probably give the world a chance to party with TLC!

10. But before the party is over, let's give the quiet girls a chance to get loud, obnoxious, and sexy as the Spice Girls!

The 90's and 2000's costumes continues with plenty of other artists, shows, video games, etc, including: Fresh Prince (Will), Rugrats, Pokemon, and many more! With these costumes we (90's kids) will miss, love, and appreciate our childhoods, but most importantly, relive them!

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
