With finals and deadlines approaching, stress is increasing and the worrying of whether or not you'll pass your finals and classes is increasing as well. So here are some tips to lower down anxiety, stress, and worries.
1. Look at positive quote pictures.
2. Think about how good it will feel once the semester is over.
3. Don't snack on a lot of food. It will only increase your stress and anxiety.
4. Try to get exercise.
5. Spend time with your pets (if you have any).
6. Take small naps.
7. Listen to positive, upbeat music and/or instrumental music.
8. Pray and read scripture from the Bible.
9. Set your mind on positive things.
