I may be a little biased, but I think "The Office" is undoubtedly one of the best shows that has ever aired on television. With characters that are funny, annoying, charming, silly, and sometimes stupid, it is incredibly entertaining while still teaching us some valuable lessons here and there about friendship and love. The boss, Michael Scott, may or may not be the best and worst boss to ever exist. He isn't too great a managing, unless it's micromanaging, but he is great at building a family out of his employees. While Michael is a genuine person, he also has his faults, much like many of us. As much as we would all like to deny it, we have a little bit of Michael Scott in each one of us. For example...

1. Occasionally, we all find a trend that we are really into.

Maybe we aren't very into it, but we sure are dedicated. Like Michael, we find fun in the simplest places. Parkour!

2. Sometimes, we can be a little melodramatic.

Michael takes not-so-serious things a little too seriously, and that's OK! It really happens to the best of us.

3. Speaking of being too dramatic, there are a few occasions in which we really don't like people, for no reason.

Like Michael's feelings for Toby, we all have our secret enemies. But, I wouldn't recommend treating them how Michael treats Toby.

4. Michael Scott is just a little kid on the inside, and we can all be a little childish sometimes.

5. We also can be very adult at times.

Like when studying for finals or trying to find a job, we like to be Michael's kind of "adult" and not think or do anything...

6. Sometimes, life really gets us down.

We feel like we aren't doing our best, like there's no hope for a happy tomorrow (even though there will always be a happy tomorrow).

7. And sometimes we feel downright invincible and just too cool.

8. On occasion, we like to make things really difficult for ourselves because we can.

Sometimes making something harder seems like the easiest way.

9. It's true, sometimes Michael Scott makes mistakes.

He is not the perfect person. Neither are any of us. We make plenty of mistakes and sometimes we are really foolish. But, Michael Scott is also a really good friend, sometimes a really good boss, and an all around good person. Just like all of us.

Sometimes life will get us down. Sometimes we don't make the smartest decisions. But when you're feeling like you can't do it, remember to embrace your inner Michael Scott. And one last piece of advice from the man himself,:

"'You miss 100% of the shots you don't take.' -Wayne Gretzky" -Michael Scott

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
