9 Times Spongebob Explained The Maroon 5 Concert

Only took a spontaneous concert to reignite the love of Maroon 5.

9 Times Spongebob Explained The Maroon 5 Concert

I reassured myself I would keep my cool and part of my sanity. But on the way there and through the opening acts, the build up was too much to contain. And then Maroon 5 was on stage. It happened, the coolness was lost, not sure how much I even had to start with though, and sanity had left. It was official, I had lost my mind. This was on a whole different level though; I've said "I'm losing my mind" [many] times before but this experience ran through that expression pretty dang fast.

1.

When R. City popped on stage, it was hard to stop screaming once you went there. #NeverGoBack. Their energy was so high and addictive, it brought out the craziness in you. Can't lie, during their set, I resembled this spongebob gif way to much. But, I embraced it & it was great.

2.

Next stop was Tove lo. Minus the songs "Talkin' Bodies," or "Stay High" she was pretty chill, mostly because I don't know much of her music. It was a blessing though; I could now regain some composure before losing it all with Maroon 5.

3.

When you find out Maroon 5 will be walking in front of you, less than 3 feet away to get on stage, it feels like you found gold at the end of the rainbow. #SoClose.

4.

When Adam Levine hits the stage and you fall in love with him all over again as you hear his voice, or see him! #LookingGood. #ChildhoodLove

5.

First Maroon 5 song is playing. Mind lost already 2 minutes in and you're loving it. It's within the first song that the realization has hit, you won't be waking up with your voice the following morning. But it's okay because you wouldn't want it any other way.

6.

When the moment is so amazing that, for a second, you question if you are asleep and just dreaming. Then the next morning you see the photos and videos and become so incredibly happy that it wasn't just a dream, it was an amazing night.

7.

"She will be loved." "This Love." "Sunday Morning." #Throwbacks. It was magical, to be thrown back into your childhood with songs you were sort of, um, obsessed with. It's with the throwbacks that you lose your mind like you've never done before.

8.

When Maroon 5 leaves the stage and you start to get watery eyes because you just need more. Need more songs, more Adam Levine.

9.

...Then Maroon 5 comes back on stage and plays another 5 songs. #CantBeTamed

If you have the chance to see a band you loved when you were younger, do it. I did, and the spark I had for them is back. You'll love it. Pinky promise.

11 Things Summer Nannies Can Relate To

As a college student, being a nanny over the summer is both enjoyable and challenging. Underneath the seemingly perfect trips to the pool or countless hours spent playing Monopoly are the obstacles that only nannies will understand. Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.

If it hurts now, it'll hurt again. Not because you're gullible or naive, only because you fall fast, hard, and you do it every time.

We fall each and every time with the complete and utter confidence that someone will be there to catch us. Now that person we SWORE we were never going to fall for has our hearts, and every time we see them our palms start sweating. The butterflies in our stomach start to soar and our hearts are entirely too close to bursting out of our chests.

Yes, it IS a sport. Yes, I fall all the time. No, I do not ride in jeans with a cowgirl hat on.

Growing up I have always wanted to own a horse. My grandparents own a well known equestrian facility in Georgia, so I have been riding since I was born. A bond between a person and their horse is a bond so strong that it cannot be broken. Everywhere I went I wanted to be around horses, even forcing my family to go on trail rides during vacations. Horses have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember has taught me great responsibility, as well as 14 things that all equestrians can relate to.

College is super hard. Between working, studying, and having a social life, it feels like a struggle to just keep afloat.

I understand. When you feel like your drowning and there's no way to stay afloat I understand that it feels like everyone else is doing just fine. I understand all the frustration, long nights in the library, and that feeling that you want to just throw in the towel. I understand that sometimes it's too hard to get out of bed because your brain is already filled with too much information to remember. I understand because I am also feeling pretty burnt out.

No Matter How Challenging School Gets, You Have To Put Your Health First — A Degree Won't Mean Anything If You're Dead

Some of the best advice I've ever received was from my social studies teacher in sophomore year of high school. He stated, "If you don't know it at midnight, you're not going to know it for the 8 a.m. exam, so get some sleep."

It's such a simple piece of advice, but it holds so much accuracy and it's something that the majority of college students need to hear and listen to. "All-nighters" are a commonality on college campuses in order to cram in studying for an exam that is typically the next day.
