1. When the weather is nice the first thing you think is "this is a good day for a run."

A beautiful 65 degrees and sunny? Why not go for a run?

2. You get beyond excited when your mom takes you running shoes shopping.

Those things are a runners best friend. You spend hours trying to find the perfect ones that are supportive yet stylish.

3. When having a stressful day or week, you go running to clear your head.

Long week at work, big test coming up--your first thought is to run it off.

4. You truly believe the best way to explore a new place is to run it.

When you're on vacation, you feel the need to run around the area to see the sights.

5. You get super excited to map out where you are going to run.

I don't know about you, but I get a thrill from figuring out where I am going to run in the morning.

6. You would rather run than do any other form of exercise.

Why elliptical when you can run?

7. You'll sign up for a 10k simply because the theme of the race sounds fun.

Turkey trot, color run, glow run, you name it. It sounds fun so why not?

8. You run outside regardless of the temperature.

40 degrees ain't got nothing on my running addiction.

9. You couldn't imagine your life without it.

Truly my week does not feel complete without a few runs in there.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
