It might be the tiniest state in America, but it's by far the best. Or, at least that's what you'd say if anyone were to ask you. You couldn't imagine your college experience in any other state, and you certainly couldn't imagine your nights out without some RIPTA and Yuck Truck.

1. Del’s Lemonade is served at basically every school-sponsored event.

There’s never a bad time for some Del’s.

2. Federal Hill is your go-to choice for dinner on Parents' Weekend.

It's 1000000x better than dinner at your dining hall, and it's completely out of your price range every other day of the year. You might as well take advantage of it while you can.

3. You can never pass up a night out in Providence.

Whether it’s for dinner and drinks or a night out at one of the many local bars, a night spent in the city of Providence is always a good choice.

4. Narragansett is your cheap drink of choice.

If you only have a handful of singles to your name and still wanna get #turnt, then Narragansett is the drink for you.

5. Two words: Yuck. Truck.

The best bad-for-you snack after a long night out that is truly a Providence specialty.

6. You hate the RIPTA with a burning passion.

If you want a public transportation system that is always reliable, on time and clean, then the RIPTA isn’t for you.

7. Awful Awfuls from the Newport Creamery are always a great desert option.

8. The beach is just a short drive away.

Or even a walk away, depending on your school.

9. The words “wicked” and “bubbler” are more commonly used than “cool” and “water fountain.”

10. You couldn't imagine going to school anywhere else.

It might be the tiniest state in the good old USA, but it's by far the best locale for college. But then again, you are a little bit biased.
